Probate Notes?

in my county when i search on line for probate documents, i am not sure if the probate notes are it? http://www.sb-court.org/DesktopModules/SanBernardino/ProbateNotes/sb080813.pdf Im trying to get a better understanding of this or if im totally looking at the wrong stuff.. if this isn't the right dockets im assuming i must go to the courth physically.. how can these records right here benefit m e?
