I have looked at Joshua’s explanation but I still don’t get it. It’s called Senior Fog.
In very lay and simple language explain FOLLOWER. What happens and what may he/she do as a FOLLOWER? Please also help with FOLLOWINGS-COLLEAGUES-FRIENDS.

After I learn all of this do I get my Green Card?

Thanks to everyone for your responses. I whet on line and found a company that does Lot Book Reports and discovered that all of their business is with government agencies. They said their service is of no use for investors. Chalk that up to another lesson learned. Thank again.

Earlier I ask this question and got ZIP answers so let’s try it this way….When I need to order a title search
and I have a choice, between ordering a Preliminary Title Search and a Lot Book Search, which is the best choice?

Hello TR
I remember when I first started how confusing and frustrating it was to learn and understand how to speak the language. Convince your self that you have to tough it out and when you can’t get it here try Googling the confusing term. You know the old saying,” If it was that easy, everyone would do it.” One of your rewards is less competition!

Don’t quit now! Don’t try to learn it all at once. Pick a nitch that interest you and study every thing you can find about it here. When you post a question here-say that you are a newbie and hopefully people who answer you will understand and dump their “techie talk.” This business does require a tough hide.
YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Josh
I have but one account and one email address. Is there anything I can do to help solve the mystery?

Gentlemen Thank You
I am getting three emails of the SAME reply. So when someone responds with an answer I get three separate emails of the same response. My computer gods must be angry.

Also, if you refer to uncheck the box marked "Monitor Topic", won't that stop all new responses?

Can anyone explain why I always get three emails notifying me of a new post to a post I am following? Three is better than one but one is usually enough!

Carlos-I use Micheal's forms and only add after the wording, HUGE PROFIT this wording,"or a Horrendous Loss",and it usually gets a chuckle.

Will Rogers said it best-"We should be grateful that we don't get all the government we pay for."

Ivan-Your attorney can fill in on the details in the state you live in for this idea. If you bought out the wife's interest through your LLC,her husband can not cause wife problems by not selling. That problem is moved out of the picture. Next, if husband won't deal with you fairly, hire a very big biker as your negotiator. Caution! husband may be an even bigger biker.LOL! Hang tough through your lawyer threatening a court ordered sale of the property.Hire a PI to find out what is the husbands weakness. Wine, women or songs as the saying goes. There in is your answer.
