Hello all. I started wholesaling a few months ago and am on my way. My first 2 deals should close this week. I have been sending out about 500-600 yellow letters a month with about 15% return. I am using the most basic "I want to buy your house" yellow letter.

I still have a regular 9-5 job and was having trouble keeping up with all the calls. I hired an answering service and this has helped tremendously but they are not very good at qualifying calls yet. I think I read on here a while back about someone who put more info in their yellow letter which resulted in less total calls but just as many deals. I cant seem to find the post again.

Has anyone else tried this? If so, would you be willing to share your yellow letter copy?

Thanks,

Stuart

Michael: Would you mind disclosing your #1-4 lists?

Thanks.

Hello all. I have searched around but have not find much information regarding marketing to a inheritance list. Would anyone be willing to share their marketing piece or give me some insight?

Thanks,
Stuart

Thanks guys. I was somehow under the impression that an inheritance list was a list of poeple that gained property from a cut and dried legal will and a probate list was a list of poeple that were applying to get property that belonged to someone that died but did not have a will or the will was being contested.

As far as my mentor, he has the 1-800-SELL-NOW "franchise" for this area and is very successful so I am not worried.

Thanks again.
Stuart

Hello All,

I am just getting started in wholesaling. I have a local mentor who has been able to answer all of my quetions but was not sure about this one.

Poeple here have referred to probate lists and inheritance lists. Are the terms interchangable or different. If different, where would I find an inheritance list?

Thanks,
Stuart
