Welcome Frankie!

Jacksonville is a great market for investing.  But like most markets, there are good and bad areas.  There are a couple of recent threads about Jax that contain some valuable information.  Beyond that, I agree with Basit on the previous reply, provide some more info and folks can give you targeted advice.  I'm in Jax, let me know if I can help in any way.  Good luck!

Hello and Welcome!

As others have said, it is tough to find true deals right now, but they do exist. Are you looking for something that's turn-key or are you looking for a rehab project that you can turn into a rental?

Hello and welcome!  Definitely great threads to check out that KC Pake posted above.  Jacksonville has a lot to offer investors looking for deals.  I have an investor-friendly brokerage including property management so feel free to connect if I can help in any way.  Happy hunting and good luck!

I totally agree with Joseph.  Take it as a lesson learned and move forward.  Maybe hire a professional property manager next time.  Good luck!

Not a great area to invest.  There are some rough areas in north county.  It’s seemingly attractive to new investors because of the potential cash flow, but the cash flow may not be worth the headaches.  Just my humble opinion.  Good luck!
