Several people (including myself) here on the site work in South Carolina and would buy her house and pay it off.
Where is it located?  What part of the state?

I work for the oldest real estate company in Lexington, South Carolina and we have wholesaled for years. We are in and around Columbia, South Carolina and may have some ideas or some overview of the area and the market.
