Awesome discussion here guys, any input in Indianapolis? I am a starting investor in CA and considering Indy. Bob Okenwa thanks for the input, I see some MFH around $300-400K for about 6 to 7 units in the 85006 and 85051 area. I will still have to do my homework and do my math if this will work at 10% down payment. Wes Blackwell thanks for the detailed description of the Phoenix market, wanted to ask you gentlemen your input on the two zip above. If I get a good property manager this may work, no solid plans right now just checking the possibilities and looking for solid trust worthy contacts to partner. I’m meeting a local reputable property management called Valentine Group for an inquiry call, have you guys worked with them in the past?

Hi Bigger pockets crew I'm from the Bay Area and considering to invest out of state. Chris Mason thanks for the input, just need clarification on your response. Buy positive cash flow real estate in the Bay Area? And borrowing power is limited to down payment? Can you pls elaborate, thanks in advance
