Bob Okenwa thanks for the input, I see some MFH around $300-400K for about 6 to 7 units in the 85006 and 85051 area. I will still have to do my homework and do my math if this will work at 10% down payment. If I get a good property manager this may work, no solid plans right now just checking the possibilities and looking for solid trust worthy contacts to partner.
