Hey BP, we are looking for our next fix and flip in the northeast TN area (Johnson City, Gray, Jonesborough). Any wholesalers, pocket listings, etc... in my market?

@Anthony Reyes We just did this. We served a 3 day notice, she stayed. Offered cash for keys, she stayed. Went through eviction process legally, she stayed. We changed locks with constable approval and present. She broke in and locked us out. She went to jail 4 times. Sheriff sent in dogs, she hasn't been back.

Hi Rob, I'm in the Johnson City market just a couple hours from Knoxville. It's a great area for sure! I would think Knoxville would be a fabulous place for rentals considering it's a college town.
