Hi there! My name is Rob Richmond, and I live in Knoxville, TN. I have been reading quite a bit about real estate investing, and I am looking to make the plunge on my first deal as soon as I've learned a bit more. I am looking at a small/cheap single family property for my first one, and we'll see where it goes from there. I'd love to get to know other investors in the Knoxville area.
