@Maria Bakaj thank you so much for your input! I would preferably like to invest on the north shore of Boston or even southern New Hampshire.

Hi guys!

I’m looking to get into real estate investing. It’s been a goal of mine for years, but I’m a college student and finding the time and money has been challenging! I’m graduating in a few weeks and have saved a bit of money along the way. I live in Massachusetts which has a very high market, so that alone makes investing more challenging! Anyone have any recommendations investing in Massachusetts? Locations? Strategies? Rentals, wholesaling, flipping?

Thanks!!

@Josue Velney do you recommend any certain local city? Or even New Hampshire?

I live in the North Shore of Massachusetts. 15 minutes from Boston. Real estate is insanely high here. For example, on average a small single family 3 bedroom home can sell for more 500k. Is it worth it to buy/sell or buy rental property around me or buy out of state in a cheaper location?

Just starting out with looking into real estate investing and need some advice. What is recommended for a first property to rent out? Single family home, multi-family home, condo...etc. ??

Thanks!

@Charlie MacPherson

Are you familiar with the north shore and how prices are there?

@DJ Richmond

Thanks for the advice! Much appreciated.

Living in the north shore of Boston and just starting out with planning my real estate investing. The greater Boston area is VERY expensive. Cash flow would be great here but buying property would also be exceptionally expensive. Any tips or area suggestions in the Massachusetts/Greater Boston area??

Thanks!
