I am going in circles with regards to moving a property into an LLC. I have the LLC set up. When I wanted to transfer the deed to the LLC , I am told the bank wouldnt take it lightly and call the loan due. My mortgage broker tells me its not possible for an llc to get a loan or at least very very difficult. Can someone shed some light and practical info on this please ? I'm having a sick stomach just thinking of all possible worst case scenarios of not having the property under an LLC!

I think what Jason is trying to tell here is, that the Flipper actually got the lead of the home owner only through him when he sent him papers for the contract and as such should have gone through him. So in good faith, should have gone through him. My understanding .

Post: Seller wants some compensation for work done

I am looking at a re-foreclosure house. Seller is willing to take my offer and present to bank for a potential short sale. At the same time he wants a nominal compensation for work he has put in on the property. How do I structure the deal so as not to do something illegal, as I know I cannot get into another agreement on the side with seller. Could I have a partner enter into an agreement with him for some work to be done on the property or something similar ? Any ideas ? I dont want to let go of the house or get into trouble at the same time?
