I cant sue her on my own as this is a company and I need to hire a lawyer. I need to put more money down the drain to chase that

Is the seller willing to give you the property vacant? In that case you can still do an FHA as you will be living there later

We just had a company formed, that invested in this property along with this woman's company to buy the property and we had a proportionate equity. Now in order to go after our equity, we would to hire a lawyer who will cost more. In hindsight, I would just stay away from people I dont know, to start with. And with people I know, I will only join if I have control of the deal. Otherwise I know real estate-I can handle it myself. I htink contracts are not worth the paper they are written on, in this case, if you cannot trust the person completelyl Would you want to be caught up in litigation chasing your money , even with a contract in place?
