@Matthew Paul

Do you plan on traveling the country/world one day? If so.. how do you plan on transitioning from managing your properties all alone to being able to manage from the no reception zones when you travel?

Do you think you can find a management company that can do everything as good as you?

@Shawn Coverdell

Agreed! Just like they say on the podcast.

What keeps people from giving up, failing or never starting..?

It could be argued that a lack of the old fashioned grab root and growl method is missing.

You can do so much more than you think you can when you put your mind to it and try.

Skills can be learned and talents can be magnified by just doing!

@Mike M.

It sure saves time when you are your own boss.

Saying that.. what would your best advice to a investor wanting to grow big but stuck without a w2, due to being self employed?

Earning more is always best but not always possible.

@Jill F.

This is perhaps the funnest part of the real estate game. Out of all the things you can be handy sure isn’t the worst ;).

@Mike M.

Congrats on the great success :).

Looks like you have found a balance that works for you and still allows you to bring home the $$$.

@Mike M.

This is very true.

Do you think having these skills will hinder you from scaling hirer than a certain number of properties.

Or do you feel that once you reach that “number” it will be easy to transition from doing it yourself to hiring it out?

Lately I have entertained the idea that being handy might not be the best quality of a investor.

Obviously this depends on your investing goals..

But➡️

Here is the question.. how can a “handy” or “gifted” builder grow without getting in his or her own way?

Building a portfolio of great investments without loosing the joy of working with your hands and being a part of the day to day.
