@Luke Saglimbeni

Me too! Handy is great! But it sure makes trusting others tough!

Having more margins in your cash flow definitely helps but finding good contractors that aren’t busy is tough. :$

@Rob B.

Thanks for sharing those pictures! Great job!

Agree completely, seeing a project you did finished is a great feeling of accomplishment.

Building equity, cash flow and the feeling of accomplishments! :)

@Michael Masterson

Those are two great points!

When a contractor walks on a job and is seeing other things done. It becomes a challenge to get their job done faster and better than the competition.

And a clean job site is so much easier to work with and helps keep the contractors mind clear.

Great thoughts! Thank you!

@Jonathan Greer

Yes! How awesome would it be to run a well oiled team that you can keep busy and just keep building!

There is aways that factor of they can’t do it as fast or as good as “me”.

releasing your grip on the work can be a challenge...

@Alexander Lang

In the beginning there is allot to learn and it is very enjoyable. You can learn the things you never want to do again and what you are good at. :)

@Ola Dantis

That is a great way to look at it!

Not always easy but I know once you get the system set up, it will be much easier and allow you to grow faster as you focus only on buying new deals.

@Jonathan Greer

It sure is frustrating waiting on contractors and scheduling with any help that doesn’t keep you posted of the job or time frame.

But the benefits of a good contractor / help can really speed things up. :)

Where have you found your builders so far?

@Matthew Couto

Being handy is definitely a great ability. Learning when and we’re to step back is a new challenge.

But will help the scaling. :)
