I got a property under contract. It is a Short Sale. Agent got back to me informing me that BPO of bank came in $3,800 above my offer. I told agent yesterday to increase my offer by $3,800. I got a call today that Sellers accepted my offer. I was informed today that house will be auctioned on Feb 26th. I did some research on BP on how to delay trustee sale comments were referring to filing bankruptcy and deed in lieu of foreclosure. All those doesn't apply to me. I just want to know how to delay foreclosure so as to give me enough time for inspection and contingencies

@Alex Bradley buy a list of vacant houses. Skip trace the list for phone numbers. Call every number including numbers of their relatives. Coffee is for Closers!

@Daniel Hans, You can find a Mobile Notary to Notarize the documents. when i took my notary licensing class before i became a licensed notary, we were taught that a mobile notary can drive to the person that needs their service notarize the documents and also drop it off if needed.
