Don't advertise until it's closed and title transfers. Once this is complete then you are ready to go. From past experience I would recommend getting to property out in to market. With that being said get an idea of what type of renovation is needed and adjust the date accordingly. We waited until our Reno was complete before advertising and it cost us a few weeks. It also took 2-3 weeks to get some traction in the market, once the calls started I wished we had the NEXT rental ready to go. Good luck!!

April Bartee Wholesaling is illegal in Ohio, getting your RE license is an option but there are costs associated with it. I'd say use BP to get an education and go from there. The BP podcasts are addictive and extremely beneficial. We also hold monthly Meet ups open to all. Regards, Ron
