Hi,

I been learning about real estate investing for the past year now.  I've join a local RIEA and have made many connections.  Also, I have been able to acquire many of the resources needed to start rehabbing properties.  I've submitted many offers on REOs through a RE agent I current work with, but I don't think he and I are on the same page.  I'm looking for a RE agent in MD who has experience in working with rehab investors. My target areas are PG and Montomery Counties.  If there are agents out there that are willing to work with me please send me a message.

@Ned Carey Thanks.  Most of the low prices are in what looks like bad neighborhoods. 

@Russell Brazil.  I'm looking to get into wholesaling to start and then eventually fix and flip.  I'm just looking to find out what neighborhood would be ideal for a newbie to start looking in.  From browsing the RE sites, l found the prices to be really low.  Low enough for me to purchase myself with cash. 

I'm a newbie in Northern Virginia and I'm looking into the Baltimore market.  Does anyone have advice?  Are there any investors on BP that have done a few deals in Baltimore?

Hi!  I'm Everett Jones.  I've done a fix and flip in the past, made a profit and never got back into it. Now, 12 years later, I'm interested in fixing and flipping distressed homes in northern Virginia. Also, I am looking for some guidance on how to start in today's market with little cash on hand.
