Hello Joel, 

Bankhead is a really rough area. The fact that there are songs that list Bankhead in the lyrics should let you know it's infamous and not in a good way. I am sure there could be deals to be made but I avoid that area in particular. Just my two cents. 

If Amazon moves to GA, then maybe bankhead would be a spot that would have been awesome to pick up.

I wouldn’t imagine they are searching for the properties themselves every night and sending you what they find but rather it is an automatic email sent from the MLS based on your search criteria, which as an agent, I want all my clients to continue to receive those just in case something catches their eyes. I believe you are fine, but I would update them on your time frame. They will be following up with you around that time to see how things are going. Good Luck!

@Melissa Horwath the market in Atlanta right now is a seller's market, it's becoming harder to find good deals. There are some interesting opportunities still below Hw 20 in Atlanta as the trend of gentrification is spreading  that way. We are also holding on hope that Amazon picks Atlanta for the next HQ2.
