Agent Continues To Email Deals But....
How's it going BP! I have a great real estate agent who continues to email prospective properties but I am realizing, after running numerous properties through the Rental Property calculator that my area is not a prime spot for SFR rental property investing, mainly because of the windstorm insurance. Househacking and MFH are a lot more attractive. Also, after listening to podcast my initial thought of saving up a sound Emergency Fund of 6 months of expenses has been reinforced. So I want to exercise 4-5 more months of patience before I dive in.
My question is, I want to keep in good contact/graces with the real estate agents who supply me with mls updates. I don't want the agents to feel like they are wasting there time, should I just have them postpone sending me deals or try another approach?
