Got my first Multi-family property under contract

Hi Guys,

Recently got my first multi-family deal under contract seller financed. Needing to find an equity partner to help out with the downpayment. This is my first raise, and struggling to find people to help fund it. Any advice on how to find equity partners would be greatly appreciated.

@Sergey A. Petrov, I agree with your comments. I would not want to invest in business that doesn't have a better plan than this or partner with someone who would contract before securing
