I am looking for suggestions and recommendations for good turn key property companies. I am hoping to find a company with a good track that does property management in house. I am hoping to target a growing area but the turn key company is the most important piece to this puzzle. Thanks for all your help!

Absolutely sir this a a good story when I bought my first rental I was looking at a property that someone listed for sale and I said I would need to verify rents and the owner and my agent both thought I was out of line for asking. Hope everything worked out numbers wise in the end of the deal.

Is there a chance you could change the financing to get the property? If you would by chance have a roth ira you could fill out a form to take that tax free money and put more down to close then you have I believe 4 months to replace that money penalty free.
