Wow!! Congratulations on your success so far. Your story is very aspiring, and your goals seem to align perfectly with that of my partner and I. We have been working tirelessly to build up a solid group of LPs to help fund the remainder of our first off-market syndication, and hope to have similar success as you in the field. Any advice for raising capital? I would love to hear what you think.

@Evan Westerman  I am reading a really good book right now that goes into the company structure and the different regulations when it comes to the sale of securities.

It's called "How to legally raise private money" by Kim Taylor. I think your friend would learn a lot from that book regarding the things you mentioned!

@Paul Moore  What program were you a part of, if I may ask?

@Patrick Flanagan  That's hard to answer without knowing more info about what your goals are.

There are courses that only have video modules but provide you a good understanding of the process. There are other programs that put together an entire community and have coaches to help you along the way.

What are the things you need help with the most? What are your goals?

@William Collins Have you thought about investing in an education program? Or 1 on 1 coaching? (from the right person)

I am currently reading "How to legally raise private money" by Kim Taylor and it goes in-depth about the syndication structure and laws. I highly recommend it!

Hey everyone! My partner and I are looking for a legit apartment syndication mentorship to help take us to the next level with our syndication goals. We have already been speaking to the Jake and Gino team, but wanted to keep our options open to other potential avenues as well.

Any other fellow syndicators that could recommend a good mentorship for us? Happy to hear what you all think. Thanks!

@Evan Polaski Yeah that is a great fit. Having the lien position gives you some sort of security if the deal goes south.

Great point!
