One option for getting started would be to start with some smaller investments in real estate equity crowdfunding projects. From there you could make contact with people doing this, follow the lifespan of documents, things like that. It can be great hands-off experience.

Hey Tricia!

The two markets are very different, particularly if you're looking at residential vs commercial.  There are areas in San Antonio where the residential demand is soaring, or anticipated over the next several years. But, there's a lot of San Antonio with much less demand. San Antonio is having weird particular demographic shifts that are somewhat re-writing the map.
