Hello, looking for a property manager to answer some questions for me. I am currently looking at a Triplex in Cleveland and would like to speak to a Property Manager to get an idea of what the area is like around this Triplex. Let me know if you can help! Thank you!

@Thomas Ray Saccato hi! I also live in Orem, i am currently house hacking rightnow. I still have a ways to go but how i got into a house hack was buying a house with a mother in law basement and renting the basement apartment out. With prices the way they are, my main goal wasnt to cashflow right away. I figured if i could pay the same as what i was paying in rent each month plus the tenants rent to cover the mortgage id be winning. Which has worked! Once i move out it will cashflow 400-500 not to mention the equity thats grown. It’s definitely delayed cashflow but worth it in a market thats growing and getting more expensive to get in. Im still starting out as well but let me know if you have any questions!

I am possibly looking at the Pittsburgh market, as it is in my price range but obviously there are more factors that go into a strong market. Looking for cash flow rental properties. What do I need to know about the Pittsburgh market? Who has rentals there? Any recommendations?

I am currently looking to invest in my first out of state property. I am interested in investing in Kansas City, MO. Looking to connect with any Realtors and Property Managers that can help kick off my out of state investing journey.

I am looking to purchase a home in Utah and am wondering how much it would cost to create a separate entrance into a furnishes basement. Any recommendations or referrals would be appreciated.
