Our team has been working on flips in the greater Syracuse area for several years now. Flipping is more complicated than it seems and the buy is your most important factor. With your budget, you might find your best deal around Galeville, North Syracuse, Lyncourt or East Syracuse. These neighborhoods are still fairly inexpensive and have high demand.
