I have a “no eviction” policy. So Instead of asking , “Have you ever been evicted”, I ask, “How many evictions have you had”?

Hi, Maybe your jetted tub was the determining factor in your tenants choosing your rental; lesson learned, tax write off, happy tenant. As someone mentioned, amenity can increase rental value for next tenant. Trust me, it’s better thank a $5,000 Plumbling expense!! Ask me how I know!!

1) Screen by phone to see if they are a fit.

2) Meet in person for a tour of the house.

3) Offer an application.

Give her written notice that you will not renew lease. Keep all or a portion of her security deposit to pay for the water bill. Good riddance to her!!!

Reasons Buying all cash is beneficial to ME.

1. My properties are totally mine.

2. No Covid-19 worries.

3. I sleep better at night.

4. Do not like debt.

5. Teaching my children to live debt free

6. Do not want to leave debt for my family if something happens to me

7. Better deals.

8. Puts me “ in charge”. Can easily walk away if Seller won’t negotiate. Not at Sellers mercy.

9. I want to retire early without debt.

Awwwww, however, I think your LL could have handled your personal possessions better than that. If it were me, I wouldn’t renew and would be looking for somewhere else to live.
