I used to live in West Covina awhile back. I wouldn't live in West Covina though if the numbers work out I would do a BRRRR. I am looking out of state more bang for the buck.

Nice to meet you. I was looking into some areas in Philippines would love to know some strategies. Currently have a lot in Camaya Coast and was looking at Bohol.

Just curious have you not consider using OPM with your strategy? You can start with SFR and progress to Multifamily. Obviously if you go Multifamily you will need more funds but that is what is so great about OPM. Also have you consider out of state properties?

I am brand new investor who had knew about BP for years and never took the time to learn about this great community until now. I live in Alhambra, CA and had worked in IT for most of my career. Now shifting gears to real estate investing full time. I am interested in doing BRRRR and then progressing into multifamily deals. Still deciding on the specific areas to start. I do have a couple of states picked out. I love all the BP information and great community. Looking to network and feel free to connect.
