New Investor from Los Angeles,CA (626 Area)
Hi BP!
I am brand new investor who had knew about BP for years and never took the time to learn about this great community until now. I live in Alhambra, CA and had worked in IT for most of my career. Now shifting gears to real estate investing full time. I am interested in doing BRRRR and then progressing into multifamily deals. Still deciding on the specific areas to start. I do have a couple of states picked out. I love all the BP information and great community. Looking to network and feel free to connect. Currently attending meetups in Pasadena,CA so if you see me come and say hi.
