Hey @Danny Nguyen, what is AirDNA saying almost a year later about the JT Yucca area? I think demand has dropped a lot along with prices.

Yes it’s a frenzy out there! We had to pull major strings but just got into escrow on a YV fixer on 5 acres. Will need about 75k maybe more. Exciting and daunting! We have a great realtor who knows how to get it done if you want his info.
