Joshua Tree/Yucca Valley STR
Anyone willing to share their P&L/numbers for the Joshua Tree/Yucca Valley area? We have an STR doing very well and looking at other markets to expand into. We've narrowed it down to a handful of markets at this point.

Thanks @Michael Baum I have searched but haven't seen any posts (yet) with numbers from STR owners in the JT/Yucca area. I am sure they are there. I have been thru the 1st 10 pages or so with various search terms. Perhaps I am not doing my searches correctly:) will keep looking
