@Dylan Vargas and @Anna M. thank you. Dylan I see you are from Chico. How is the market there? And Anna, any suggestion on how to forcast the growth in certain areas?

I have definitely thought of wholesale to start but, I’m just trying to learn as much as possible at the moment to get started in some way. My ultimate goal is to buy and hold using brrrr.

I live in California and I really want to get started. I know generally looking in your area is best but the level of entry in the San Francisco area is sooooo high. Where should I look? I could drive down the freeway a couple of hours and probably find something but...... Any thoughts? Out of state?

Thanks.

I have thought about this as well. I am new and I am looking to get into something that makes sense. I have a 7-5 job and I'm a single dad with 3 kids. I haven't posted yet but, I am definetly looking for advice on which way to go in real estate with my limited time. At the moment I am just trying to educate myself as much as possible. Turnkey seems like a good option. Bob, Thanks for the post.

Hello,

I live in Dublin Ca and would be interested in getting together. It doesn't sound like anything has been quite set up yet? I can get some room at the Dublin Library. Let me know.

Hi Julie,

Thanks for the welcome. I am interested in both flips and long term holds. Ideally I will build a portfolio of rentals and flip make some income along the way. Who do you work for in construction?

Good Morning Bigger Pockets,

My name is Erik and I am Brand new to real estate investing. I am brand new to learning about real estate investing. I live in California and have been in construction for 16 years. I am an electrician by trade but, recently stepped into project management and i'm learning the ropes there. I'd like to get started in real estate to make some money and learn how to set myself and my family up financially for the long haul. If anyone has suggestions for where to get started, what to read, or whatever that would be great. I am glad to have found this resource.

Thanks
