Hi Autumn,

We have a really good female contractor in Atlanta. She is Caroline Anderson (A.C. Anderson Inc.) [email protected] .She seems to be very honest and is quick in getting back to us on questions/issues we might have about a property. We're also looking for flips in Atlanta. We currently own 2 in Atlanta and would like to expand. Maybe you might have some suggestions on how we could mentor or partner on flips in Atlanta?

Good Luck

Erika

i live in vancouver b.c and own 2 sfh's in atlanta. We're fortunate to have a good contractor in atlanta. We feel very fortunate because we were ripped off many times by contractors and realtors until we found her. Our problem now is that we need financing to purchase more homes. Does anyone in here know of a person or group of people that offer financing at a good rate to canadians.

Looking for small multis that need some rehab to fix and hold.

i started in u.s. Realestate as the local market here in Vancouver is way to expensive. i've always been interested in real estate and whenthe Steve Martel group came to town to talk about investing in u.s. real estate I realized that it was important to get education first before investing. I have set up an LLC and have accountants on both side of the border as there are tax implications when foreigners buy in the states.

the hard part so far has been problems getting investors as i'm far from being a millionaire. financing is also difficult for foreigners. i have 2 rental units in Atlanta and a multi in phoenix with partners. I have a very strong team in Atlanta and Phoenix. I.e contractor, property manager, realtor etc. it seems to be getting much harder to find flips and also to find well priced small multis that require rehabbing. I'm finding that the mls doesnt have the leads and off market seems to be the way to go.

Thats my story , and i'm hoping that bp can help myself and if it happens a partner to increase our real estate income.

Good luck

Erika
