I'm just getting into the Apartment Investing scene also. I've been trying to analyze deals using Rod Khleif's quick analyzing video. It's very helpful, but not in depth enough. Could I get a copy of the deal analyzer spreadsheet also?

Thanks!

Thanks for the response, I appreciate the suggestion. It does make sense to hone in on one thing; I get shiny object syndrome sometimes.

Thanks for the feedback!

Would you mind if I make contact with you at some point?

Good morning, I was curious to know if I could pull off, operating a SFR Wholesaling business while operating a Multifamily business, of buying multifamily apartments of 5+ units? I'm in the process of strategizing, preparing, and goal setting. My main focus is going to be Apartment investing. I'm wanting to get a feel for the down time associated with Multifamily investing. Any thoughts are welcomed.

Thanks!

Thanks for the insight, I'm trying to gain some knowledge, before I actually start taking this strategy. I heard about this process on a podcast, and was unclear how it all would work. It sounded very interesting, as potentially another way to get leads through the funnel.

Thanks for the info, I'm looking to be prepared for instances in which I may not be able to find a buyer. I'm planning on wholesaling the properties once the offers are accepted.

Good afternoon, everyone. I'm a new RE agent in the KCMO. market, and was interested in making offers on properties to get potential wholesale deals through the MLS. Is there a limit on how many offers that I can make in a set day?

If multiple offers get accepted, and if I can't find a buyer, is there a way to not be held liable for those offers?

I was looking for a mentor, and I know that most investors are very busy. Therefore, I was considering using my commission to assist them with a purchase on their next investment properties, to gain access to their mentoring and knowledge on REI. Instead of having to use an agent that will keep the commission from the sell. They could go through me, and I'll assist them with the transaction, and give them my commission.

Good morning, I was wondering what the community thought about adding value to another investor, by allowing them to use my commission when they make a purchase, in exchange to learn the multi-family in's and out's. I'm in the Kansas City, MO. market. I'm a licensed agent in both KS. and MO.
