It's a 10/1 Arm. I believe it's for first time homeowners only.

Good morning, I was wondering if I would be able to use the BRRR process, if I received 100% financing. I just bought a Personal residence for myself. It needs about 10,000 in work. I paid 166,000 for it. Is there any way that I can do a cash out refinance on a property such as this.

The home appraised at 174,000 before any renovations.

Thanks!

Good morning, I just bought a house, and I was wondering if I could get an FHA loan through my wife. I'm trying to utilize the low down payments of 3.5% to assist with my investing career. I'm planning on possibly renting the home out, that I just purchased. I currently have a 10/1 arm Conventional loan on the home that I just bought.

Could this work?

That's good, because I got it for a good deal. This is my first time dealing with a scenario such as this.

Thanks

Good afternoon all. I just bought a home in KCKS., in a Radon hot bed. I'm in the process of getting the home a Mitigation System. How difficult is it to sell a home with a Radon reading of 7.4, or a home with a Mitigation System?

Thanks

Good afternoon everyone, I was trying to get some info regarding Pre-Foreclosures. I'm looking at possibly persuing some of these. They seem to have great potential as Investment properties. Can someone give me some insight on how to purchase these properties directly from the owners, before they lose homes to the banks, and also some things to look out for during the process?

Thanks in advance.

Good afternoon all, I'm a newbie with a dilemma.

I'm considering buying a triplex, using FHA financing. Therefore, I would have to be an owner occupant. The triplex is completely occupied; how would I be able to utilize FHA financing with this scenario?

Would I be able to give 1 of the tenant's a time limit to move, so that I could be able to occupy property?

Thanks for you all's help
