I use google voice, but you can only forward it to one number, as far as I know.  You can create a voicemail on the G number separate from your normal phone though.  It is helpful to keep your personal number off of your marketing material.  The thing to remember is that when you call them back it will show your number not the G number.

I want to know the answer to this also...  I used a paid service for real estate and loved it.  It just cost to much...

I am looking to find out what buyers are looking for in the DFW area?  What are the margins of profit and what are the property specifications that investors want in the local DFW market?  Let me know what you are looking for and what you have to work with!

Wholesale marketing for leads.  When is the best time to put out bandit signs and what advise can you give about making them as successful as possible?  Thank you all for the input!

I have been on BP for a few weeks and just moved up to "PRO" but never really posted on here as a new investor. I am a guy looking to grow in REI. I am a Realtor in Texas, and I want to get into flipping and wholesaling but am having trouble getting started. My long term goal it to buy and hold multi family and SFR units and I have 3 SFRs now but I want a lot more! I am here in the Dallas area to help anyone who needs something I can do, and even if I can't I will still try to make it happen. I do not believe you get something for nothing, so I am also looking to trade time and resources for knowledge and mentorship with anyone who has the hart of a teacher. I am here a few times a week, so hit me up or give me a call!

I live in Rockwall but operate all across the DFW metro area.  I am very interested in the Rowlett / Garland are though.

I am a licensed Realtor in the DFW area.  I have a few rental properties out of state and I am looking to find a partner to work with, or a mentor to work for in the DFW area. I am not looking to try to leach off anyone.  I want to get into the business and would only humbly ask for knowledge and time in exchange for my time, talent, real estate services, or anything else I my be able to help with.  Let me know where I can server and learn!

I am in the DFW area and looking for something to rehab or buy and hold.   I am having trouble finding any deals that have the room to make any profit on and am now looking at wholesale "package" properties that have a, what seems like, decent margin.  I just don't know about buying a property through a wholesaler???  It seems like an ok thing but there is no way for "Due Diligence" on my part due to the fact that it is a non-refundable down payment and a very short closing period.  What is the general feel for wholesalers in the DFW area and how do you all deal with them?

Thank you for your input!
