Any recommendations on RE attorneys or CPAs that specialize in Real Estate in Maryland? I'm in the Rockville/Columbia/Frederick Area.

Adam, is this property still available?

Any suggestions on where to hang my license in Maryland if my primary goal is for handling my own deals? I would also like to take part in some transactions as a listing or buying agent. I'm currently listed as a referring agent but would like more experience. Thanks!

Ralph R. Whoa I worked at the Kuskokwim hospital in Bethel! I just bought an out of state turnkey and it's been a breeze so far. I drove to their office and walked a few of their properties to get a sense of the area.

Hi Ryan! Great meeting you. We're in a similar boat and looking to also buy and hold. I've started to attend the local REIA and I found it's a great place to start building connections. Let me know if you're interested!

Could I get some advice on priority when it comes to student loan debt vs saving for a cash-flowing property?

Our combined student loan debt is hovering around 250k with avg interest of 6%

Avg household income is around 130k

Currently house hacking- breaking even

The issue is, if we concentrate on paying the student loans first (gazelle intensity) we'd be able to knock out the loans in about 4-5 years. We'd also shorten our financial runway to buying REAL ASSETS (cash flowing properties) thus pushing back our timeline.

Any advice is welcome!

Does anyone have any experience with purchasing a home for your children with their name on the title? The plan is to purchase a home and the would be their college fund. What are some pitfalls and surprises you ran into with this method of investing?
