Lisa, we work with our agent closely on each investment we make in the Knoxville area.  She handles both rentals and flips for us and has helped other BP members find properties.  I would be glad to share her contact information.

@David Pere Absolutely not. I know of guys that have transferred jobs prior to 1 year of residency in their homes. They thought they would have to refinance or put the home on the market. After speaking with their lenders they were able to keep the VA mortgage in place.

You can purchase up to a 4 plex with a VA loan. You will sign a document that says you "intend" to make this your primary residence for at least 12 months.

We do 50/50.
