Recently fell in love with the Knoxville Area by the University of Tennessee. Wondering if anyone has insights on this market, long term rentals around the University and if there are any Real Estate Agents interested in sending us some information. We are looking under $200k. The cash flow for those properties seems pretty lucrative. Any information, foresight, hindsight will be appreciated. We were initially looking in Ashville and Fletcher, Arden for long term rentals and I feel like that market got out of hand really quickly. So we are looking to switch our focus to TN. We have a great team in NC, just seems like we can't get anything in that price range anymore.
