Hello everyone,

My name is Erich and I'm a new member from Markham, IL. My goal is to utilize the expertise and knowledge of the veteran members to build my real estate wholesaling business. I've had some previous real estate experience as an investor/landlord and as a mortgage processor and asst.manager of a mortgage brokers office. Despite of what the economy is experiencing I know that there is always a way to profit from real estate.
