Brand New From Chicago
Hi everyone I’m a new real estate wholesaler here in Chicago. I was laid off my job a few months ago so I started my wholesale business around about August 1rst. Hello real estate investing good bye corporate America!
So far I put out some bandit signs on the south side of town to build my buyers list and got bombarded with calls only to get my first contract on a property over on the west side of Chicago. None of the buyers that I found on the south side are interested in the property on the west side. Now I’m putting bandit signs out on the west side for buyers. It’s a good thing I wrote the contract up for 45 days.
I really look forward to meeting other investors and making new friends here in Chicago and in other cities. I also hope to partner up on some deals and gain a lot of knowledge from everyone
