Tragic. FYI incubation is for infants. Intubation is an endotracheal tube in the trachea to maintain a patent airway.

The owner may just be refinancing. High priced properties in South OC aren’t going to cash flow as a rental. You would be buying for appreciation.

Considering that Nigeria, like much of Africa is a cesspool of corruption. Any investment there would be high risk.

Considering that I work with hospice patients and see death almost daily, I'm grateful for just being above ground. Grateful for family and loved ones. Gratefull for good health and for all of the many blessings that God has provided.
