So I am currently doing my due diligence on some Land Developers in Lagos Nigeria and I will like to know if anyone has experience working with some of the big, small or well known Land Developers in Lagos, Nigeria here.

I have read some information about few of them but want to hear your first hand experience working with a specific property developers in Lagos, Nigeria specifically in the Ibeju-Lekki axis of Lagos.

Please feel free to share your experience working with some of the developers so we can all learn from each other and also avoid any pitfalls in the process.

Feel free to send me a direct message if you don't want to comment here.

Appreciate your honest opinion.

Not all of Africa is corruption. Some are just decent folks who want to get on with their lives.Africa has immerse potential like many other areas around the world.Professions are there (lawyers, estate agents, bankers, first time home buyers seeking affordable housing etc)
