My name is Eric. I'm new to the website and the DC, Maryland, Virginia area. I don't have a lot of experience in real estate investing. Although, I do have a 3br, 1bth rental in Southern New Jersey. My passion has always been to become financially free through real estate sales, investing and developing. I currently have a real estate license in the state of NY. However, it is inactive. I'm looking to get into investing, buy & hold, fix & flip, whatever the property determines. It is my expectations that this site will assist me in my endeavors. I'm looking for someone who's willing to guide me and/or who I can shadow to learn the business from. I have the confidence, determination, and persistence needed to succeed in life. What I don't have is the right information and resources to find & fund good deals. Can anyone assist me or guide me to someone who's willing to accept this task?

Do anyone know of any programs that offer genuine mentoring/apprenticeship in real estate for fix and flips? I'm a novice in real estate and I'm trying to learn the craft by the right person/s. I have passion, purpose, and persistence. I need to learn the right knowledge and get access to funds to fund my fix and flips. Can anyone please assist with some solid leads? Lately I have been given the runaround by those who want me to spend a bunch of money on their program. Although, I was listening to Josh Cantwell(40K Flip program), and he sounded pretty interesting. Has anyone else purchased this program? If so, can you please tell me if it's worth it's weight in gold?

I'm looking to connect with some cash buyers in the DMV area. I recently relocated from NY. I had cash buyers there, but they don't want anything outside of NY. I understand that because that market is seasonably ripe. You tell me the criteria's and I'll do the rest. There's a lot of money to be earned and I'm willing to put in the time and effort needed to become financially free. I just need the right people on my team. Please be as detailed as possible.
