My name is Eric. I'm new to the website and the DC, Maryland, Virginia area. I don't have a lot of experience in real estate investing. Although, I do have a 3br, 1bth rental in Southern New Jersey. My passion has always been to become financially free through real estate sales, investing and developing. I currently have a real estate license in the state of NY. However, it is inactive. I'm looking to get into investing, buy & hold, fix & flip, whatever the property determines. It is my expectations that this site will assist me in my endeavors. I'm looking for someone who's willing to guide me and/or who I can shadow to learn the business from. I have the confidence, determination, and persistence needed to succeed in life. What I don't have is the right information and resources to find & fund good deals. Can anyone assist me or guide me to someone who's willing to accept this task?
