Hello all, I have a short-term rental listed on 3 different pages. Looking for some input on a calendar that I can link all the bookings together just give access to my cleaner and groundskeeper in case they want to double-check when the house is free. I tried google calendars but I'm not a huge fan. Just seeing if anyone on here has better options.

Thanks

-Eric

Thanks for all the input. Gave a fair review only mentioning the stove and checkout time. Updated some checklists for future guests. Got a 5 star rating from the people so it worked out.

I just had my first guest ever with my new Airbnb. I'm not off to a good start. I want to leave them a bad review but my place has zero reviews and I don't want to get in a war with my first guest. The issues were they parked on the lawn. There's snow on the ground so I just threw this as a misunderstanding or they couldn't see where the driveway ended with the snow. They were over an hour and a half late to checkout, left the thermostat at 80 degrees (the house is in Wisconsin so it's winter but 80 degrees???). Left a mess and a stove burner on. The kitchen reeked of gas. I did already refund them the cleaning fee before the checkout because my fireplace was out of order. I'm not looking for money back but I'm torn about giving a truthful rating to warn the next host. I want to be honest but I have zero reviews and don't want to risk a bad one from these guests. Any tips on how to handle this from the folks with experience doing this?

Talked to the city zoning about doing a STR in the city of Tomahawk and it didnt go well. Mainly because they didnt know much about STRs at all. Before I go further with the city just wanted to try my luck and see if anyone on here has had experience dealing with this municipality

Hello all, My name is Eric and I've been listening to the BP podcast for a while now and I'm looking to take that first step. I work a job in Alaska during the summers flying helicopters. It's my dream career so my real estate goals are not to replace my work. I would like to achieve financial independence with passive income from real estate. Short term goal is to find a place for me to live in a duplex or bigger and house hack it and even try AirBnB on my half because I'm gone a lot. Location for me is someplace with a warm winter. Long term I'm looking at building passive income through commercial (really like the idea of storage unit complexes) and residential real estate. Open to turnkey and I have about 100k ready to invest (Doesn't all have to be spent on one unit). Here to get ideas, network and research the best strategies. Thanks again BP community
