Having been in the Land Surveying & Civil Engineering field since 1986, I can tell you a Boundary Survey can be very expensive. It can also be under $250 depending on various details & size, etc.

Right now we are mostly rehabbing for other investors. We do such good work & MANAGE a job so well, that department has grown fast. My role is to find the deals for ourselves to fix & flip, or even wholesale, but I've had to change hats to help with the expansion of Affordable Residential Renovations. My goal is to build enough capital to start building a "buy & hold" portfolio. No complaints, business is growing & moving forward.

Hi everyone, I'm pretty new here. I'm looking for someone that can troubleshoot, service, refinish, anything pool related. While we are renovating 5-7 houses a month, we don't come across pools at all. I'm reaching out to the local community to find a qualified, TRUSTED pool company that can handle anything thrown it's way. My wife Shawna aka "The Rehab Chic" is a Florida State Licensed Contractor with 15 years running a multi million dollar construction company in Clearwater, FL. In the past several years, we've opening our own Real Estate Investing & Development Companies. Affordable Residential Renovations, LLC in an "investor friendly" redevelopment company that knows how to handle rehabs from start to finish, on budget & on time. On average we are doing 5-7 houses a month. Our goal is to continue growing while building relationships with other investors interested in Joint Ventures, Private Lending and/or growing your Self Directed IRA. We have a very well rounded team that can handle virtually any Real Estate related situation from investing, analyzing deals, estimating projects costs with realistic profits. With our combined experience, there isn't much we can't handle.

I just watched that presentation today 5.21.15 & curious as well. I don't think I've found anyone that said "I got this online program & got amazing results". Most of it is work you actually have to do. I often wonder how much of these online promises actually are for real or just murky water. Any advantage is helpful is half of what they claim is for real.

Depending on what type of investing you plan doing, a good way to get someone's attention & show you are serious is to offer him a 50% split of the profit on your first deal. To have someone willing to walk a novice through a completed deal is a huge benefit.
