Hello, I'm new with HUD Foreclosure homes. I reached out to the family member of the parents that have passed and she mentioned to me that they gave up the house and believes it's in process of HUD foreclosure status. Where do I start if I know the home address? Any info is greatly appreciated. The home is in Texas.

I am working on my first big fixer upper to sale next year. Where is everyone finding deals on cabinets, flooring, carpet, etc. Do you buy find better deals at Home Depot/Lowe’s or does anyone have online wholesale store they recommend. In addition, do you all buy all kitchen appliances for your fixer upper to sell?
