First big remodel to sell and need material recommendations

I am working on my first big fixer upper to sale next year. Where is everyone finding deals on cabinets, flooring, carpet, etc. Do you buy find better deals at Home Depot/Lowe’s or does anyone have online wholesale store they recommend. In addition, do you all buy all kitchen appliances for your fixer upper to sell?
