Hello. I just listed a home I own in Colorado and got a text from someone stating they are with the NLPC and that they offer above asking and he would like to email me info. I'm a skeptic and have never heard of this. Anyone heard of them? thanks!
National Lease Purchase is a scammer. I am in the process of taking Mario Roberts and his entire Scammer company to court, and the owner of the home that was never leased to me. I advised everyone to not do business with this scammer. He stole 17K from me, with the promise of leasing a property to me and he and the owner backed out and never returned my money. Please do not do business with this scammer. I have filed a claim with the better business bureau as well. The business has changed names several times.

they will find a buyer - lots of people need a service like this, but DON"T do it with this company or this guy. They will keep all deposits paid, the seller will not receive the money that the BUYER is forwarding and the buyer is left without a house because the full downpayment was never received.

Please stay away from this company - only looking to take your money. Premise sounds good and you will get foot traffic, but you will not see the money. Trust me, I am chasing him for 6 months already.

The detectives I’m working with in regards to him stealing my money is HARD ON HIS TAIL RIGHT NOW! The FBI is about to follow suit! HES A HIGHLY WANTED FUGUTIVE! STAY CLEAR OF HIM!
