I love the KC representation. I work on the KS side in the lealwood/overland park area. I bought a rental but didn't really get that excited about the true potential of rentals until listening to the Rich Dad Poor Dad audiobook. Now I'm a man on a mission and striving to live the Rich Dad way. I would highly recommend that book. I think the concept of leverage is fascinating

I'm in the Kansas City area also. I'm a realtor/rehabber/landlord. I work mainly in NE Johnson County. I'm  a member of the Landlords of Johnson County.
