Sorry I missed the gathering last night...kids activities. I hope it went well and I'm excited that more people in our area are getting into REI!

A couple of you I have already connected with, but for those of you that I haven't had the chance...I run a fix and flip business based out of Oakdale. I have done projects primarily in Stanislaus County and just sold one in San Joaquin county. I source my own deals and haven't bought anything off of the MLS. Deals are out there, just have to hunt for them.

If you are still looking, I have had Ken Lederle Construction do work for me on my rehabs. He has been on site with all of the projects so he is kind of like a built in PM. He has been doing remodels and additions since the 80's. Message me if you want his contact info.

These meetups will be held the first Thursday of every month with the exception of July 2019 (it will be July 10th instead).

Welcome! Like Mark said there are two local meetups. I host one of them. It is the first Thursday of every month in Modesto. Check out the meet up website to get all of the info or go to the Network tab above and search for the local events there. Hope to see you out an one of the meetups!

@Bryan Jacob Heilman I am hosting an event tonight in Modesto. It is a "no sales pitch allowed" networking event for investors. If you want the details, shoot me a message. We'd be happy to have you. If you can't make tonight (I realize it is very short notice), I host them the first Thursday of every month.
